Lori is the Founder and CEO of Cadra (Security Compliance Solutions, Inc, doing business as Cadra), a cybersecurity compliance consulting firm. Cadra helps companies prepare for and pass CMMC, FedRAMP, SOC 2, and HIPAA assessments, the frameworks that govern how defense contractors, cloud providers, and healthcare vendors handle sensitive data.
That work means reviewing access controls, data boundaries, logging practices, and vendor risk for a living, not as a side interest. Nelvori exists because Lori kept seeing founders adopt AI tools with none of that discipline behind them: shared logins, no data boundaries, no one accountable for what the system actually did. She built Nelvori to run managed AI the way she would expect it to survive an audit.
