These terms govern your use of the nelvori.ai website. They are separate from, and do not replace, the services agreement you sign if you become a Nelvori client. If you are a client, your services agreement controls the managed AI Ops service itself; these terms cover only this website.
This website is operated by Nelvori LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Nelvori," "we," "us"). By using nelvori.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
This site describes Nelvori's managed AI Ops service and Qualified Request System, lets you join a waitlist for updates, request a written fit review, and book a discovery call for offers where scheduling is available. Nothing on this site is a binding offer of services.
Submitting a written fit review does not create a services relationship, accept work, reserve capacity, establish a price, or replace a separate written services agreement. A services relationship with Nelvori begins only when both parties approve and sign the applicable agreement.

The site's content, including copy, design, graphics, and the Nelvori name and marks, belongs to Nelvori LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
This site links to third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling and Formspree for form submissions. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
This site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Statements about the Nelvori service describe how the service is intended to work; actual results depend on the scope agreed in your services agreement. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nelvori LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in this section limits liability under a separate signed services agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
