Nelvori is operated by Nelvori LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Nelvori," "we," "us"). This policy explains what data we collect through this website (nelvori.ai) and through the managed AI Ops service, how we use it, and how we protect it. 1. Data we collect from this website
We collect a small, specific set of data through nelvori.ai:
- Waitlist and early access signup. When you submit your email through the waitlist form, it is sent to Formspree, a third-party form processing service, which forwards the submission to us. We use your email to send occasional updates about Nelvori. We do not sell or rent this list to anyone.
- Written fit reviews. The local-business fit-review form collects business contact information, business name and website, the current request path, the callback details the business wants to collect, and whether the request may need features outside the founding-pilot scope. Formspree forwards the submission to Nelvori so we can evaluate fit and respond by email. We do not ask for customer information, addresses, photos, files, passwords, or other sensitive data in this form.
- Discovery call bookings.When you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects the name, email, and any details you provide in the booking flow. That data is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy in addition to this one. We use it to schedule and prepare for your call.
- Site analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as which pages are viewed and general visitor counts. Vercel Analytics is designed to avoid collecting personal identifiers or using cookies for cross-site tracking. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
2. Third-party processors
We rely on the following processors to run this website and our booking flow. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles the data it processes on our behalf:
- Formspree, for waitlist and written fit-review submissions.
- Calendly, for discovery call scheduling.
- Vercel, for site hosting and analytics.
3. Data handling for the managed AI Ops service
If you become a Nelvori client, the data your agents touch, calendars, inboxes, meeting notes, pipeline records, and similar business data, is handled under separate, stricter terms than this website policy. Those terms are set out in your client agreement, and include the following operating commitments:
- Scoped credentials. Agents connect to your systems using the minimum access needed to do the job, not broad admin access.
- No training on client data. Your inputs and outputs are never used to train Nelvori's models, any underlying AI provider's models, or anyone else's models.
- AWS isolation. Each client's data and agent workflows run in an isolated AWS environment. There are no shared databases and no cross-client access.
- Audit-grade logging. Agent actions are logged with timestamp, input, and output, and data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
4. How long we keep data
Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Written fit-review submissions are kept while we evaluate or discuss the request and may be retained as a business record unless you ask us to delete them, subject to legal or recordkeeping requirements. Calendly booking data follows Calendly's retention practices in addition to ours. Client data handled under a managed service agreement is retained and deleted according to the terms of that agreement.
5. Your choices
You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. You can also ask us to stop evaluating a written fit review. You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you or to delete it, by emailing lori@nelvori.ai.
6. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
